What we can help with

• Choosing a size. Send the measurements of the room and what stands in it, and we will tell you which of our sizes lands where it should, including when the answer is a runner rather than a rug.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong dimension or a wrong color name is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the figure people act on.
• Care questions: what a 1.77 inch pile does in a washing machine, what heat does to a rubber backing, how to bring matted pile back up, and when a piece is better hand washed.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a missing piece have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
