What this site is

A description of what we make, with photographs, film, dimensions and prices. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the figure here, checkout is right. Dimensions, pile heights and color names are as stated for each piece. Where a figure is not stated, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

The calculators

The room fit and drying time tools on the front page are working estimates, built from the sizes we make and from ordinary bathroom conditions. They are a starting point for a decision, not a measurement of your room or your air, and a tape measure beats both.

Footing

A rubber backing raises friction against a floor. It does not eliminate slipping, and no piece is safe on a dusty, wet or freshly polished surface. Every piece we make should be laid flat on a clean dry floor, with no lifted corner, and that is as far as the claim goes.

Photographs and text

The product photographs, the film stills and the writing on this site are ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Public guidance

Where our pages touch flammability standards, falls or damp, they quote public guidance and link the source with the date we read it. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or professional advice, and the public agencies outrank anything written here.

Liability

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we make is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.
